You have been riding in the car backwards your whole life and today you get to see the road in a whole new way - forward-facing! At first you are confused by this new view, but then you figure out - this is way more exciting!

14 Months!

You are 14 months old today! Your new favorite thing to say? "Uh-oh!" And when I tell you about the five little monkeys jumping on the bed, you shake your finger with me at "no more monekys jumping on the bed!"

Grilled Cheese at In-n-Out

In-n-Out made a grilled cheese sandwich just for you and you couldn't get it in your mouth fast enough!

Chalk!

You discovered chalk today! You had so much fun coloring - on the sidewalk, on yourself, on Daddy, and even on Riley!

Mother's Day 2011

Today is my second Mother's Day ever and you and Daddy really make my day special! You send me and both grandmas to a massage spa for the day while you hang out with Daddy and both grandpas! Then we all celebrate and you present me with a pot of flowers made from your hand prints! Best gift ever!

Self-Feeding!

You are ready for independence! You took the spoon from me, scooped up some food, and made it into your mouth all by yourself! What a big girl!
